Lightweight Thermal Insulation Dry Mix Plaster

Perfect mixing of different specific weight (density) materials in a total homogenous mixture of closed cell expanded polystyrene beads, cement and water, in order to form ultra-lightweight and high thermal insulation concretes, plasters and mixtures.

  • Composition: EPS beads (2-3mm), Cement, Micro silica sand and special additives.
  • λ =0,008 W/mK.
  • Density = 300 kg/m3
  • Compressive strength = 21,48 N/mm2.
  • µ =9 (Permeability to water vapour).
  • Sound insulation = 12 dB at 5 cm thickness.
  • Application: with plastering machine or manually.
